I. Product Overview
REAL-8000 Integrated Energy-Saving Control and Management System for Building Equipment and Control Cabinet
This system integrates national policies on energy consumption in large public buildings, based on sub-item metering statistics and evaluation management technologies, aiming to improve system energy efficiency. It adopts integrated multi-energy efficiency tracking control technology to provide users with an equipment energy efficiency tracking control and management platform. The system mainly includes air conditioning energy efficiency control and management system, boiler energy efficiency control and management system, solar thermal control and management system, intelligent lighting control and management system, and building equipment energy monitoring and statistical management platform.
REAL-A Air Conditioning Energy Efficiency Control and Management System and Control Cabinet
The air conditioning energy efficiency control and management system includes energy efficiency control and management of the entire set of equipment such as air conditioning system hosts, chilled/hot water systems, cooling water systems, air handling units, and terminal fan coil units.
The system's intelligent control main cabinet (REAL-A/PC) has a built-in intelligent controller (G.REAL-A), responsible for intelligent control calculations of chilled/hot water systems, cooling water systems, and air conditioning hosts, as well as input/output signal conversion. The REAL-A series energy-saving control cabinets configured in the system receive control commands from the intelligent control main cabinet for response processing and execution output. Control principle: The system collects outdoor environmental parameters, automatically determines the system's operating mode based on seasonal and diurnal climate changes, collects operational data from multiple points including air conditioning hosts, chilled/hot water systems, cooling water systems, cooling tower fans, and terminal air conditioning equipment, and issues commands after precise calculation by the intelligent controller to comprehensively control each link. Simultaneously, based on the actual system load, it dynamically adjusts the host's operating cycle and real-time adjusts the system flow of chilled/hot water and cooling water circulation pumps to achieve on-demand supply, keeping the system operating under high energy efficiency ratio conditions, thereby realizing multiple functions such as energy saving and consumption reduction, improved equipment management level, and extended equipment service life.
Air handling units include fresh air units and air conditioning fans, which can be locally equipped with intelligent control boxes for air handling units (REAL-AX) with built-in intelligent controllers (C.REAL-AX). These collect supply and return air temperature and humidity, outdoor environmental temperature and humidity, and indoor carbon dioxide concentration, compare them with set values, and control indoor temperature and humidity by regulating fans and electric control valves.
Terminal rooms are equipped with indoor air conditioning and lighting controllers (G.REAL-S), which perform intelligent optimization based on collected indoor air temperature, status of control valves, outdoor temperature and humidity, and indoor occupancy to control the opening of valves and fan speed for temperature control. Lighting can be manually switched on/off or controlled based on illuminance collected by energy-saving detectors (G.REAL-Y) and occupancy detected via infrared (radar) technology.
REAL-B Boiler Energy Efficiency Control and Management System and Control Cabinet
The boiler energy efficiency control and management system includes energy efficiency control of boiler hosts, circulation pumps, hot water pumps, control valves, etc.
The system's intelligent control main cabinet (REAL-B/PC) has a built-in intelligent controller (G.REAL-B), responsible for the calculation of intelligent control algorithms for the boiler system and input/output signal conversion. The REAL-B series energy-saving control cabinets receive control commands from the intelligent control main cabinet for response processing and execution output. Boiler system control principle: The system collects relevant parameters such as environmental temperature and humidity, boiler hot water outlet temperature, return water temperature, and system pressure as needed. The boiler intelligent controller calculates and controls the start/stop and variable power output of the boiler host, heat collection system, makeup water pump, circulation pump, and hot water pump, and adjusts the opening of electric valves to control flow, thereby reducing energy consumption and improving system energy efficiency (for solar-assisted boiler systems, the control principle of the solar heat collection part refers to the solar thermal control and management system).
REAL-R Solar Thermal Control and Management System and Control Cabinet
This system utilizes solar energy for heating and hot water supply, enabling energy-saving control of the entire solar system's heat collection, heat storage, and heat supply.
The system's intelligent control main cabinet (REAL-R/PC) has a built-in intelligent controller (G.REAL-R), responsible for the calculation of intelligent control algorithms for the solar heating and hot water system and input/output signal conversion. The REAL-R series energy-saving cabinets receive control commands from the intelligent main cabinet for response processing and execution output. Solar system control principle: The system collects parameters such as environmental temperature, collector outlet water temperature, return water temperature, system pressure, circulation pump outlet pressure and temperature as needed. The solar intelligent controller performs precise calculations to control the start/stop and output of the heat collection system, circulation pump, and hot water pump, while adjusting the opening of electric valves to control flow and reduce energy consumption.
- REAL-Z Intelligent Lighting Control and Management System
This system is divided into indoor and outdoor lighting control and management.
The indoor intelligent lighting control and management system is a bus-type or LAN-type intelligent control and management system. All unit products have built-in microprocessors and storage units, forming a network via a bus. Each unit has a unique address and its function is set via software to control each circuit load. Input units establish corresponding relationships with output components through group addresses. When there is input, the input unit converts it into a bus signal broadcast on the control system bus, and all output units receive and judge it to control the corresponding circuit output.
Outdoor lighting mainly includes courtyard lighting and road lighting. Street lighting control and management devices (REAL-ZL) can be installed as needed to achieve terminal energy-saving control and GPRS networking for transmission, monitoring, and management control. Depending on user needs, GIS geographic information maps can be used as a display platform to monitor various information of all managed objects within the management scope, achieving comprehensive operational management of the outdoor lighting system with functions such as control management, statistics, and remote fault location. Through concentrators and other equipment, it can interface with the energy monitoring management platform.
REAL-5000 Building Equipment Energy Monitoring and Statistical Management Platform
This platform covers both software and hardware parts. The system software is developed according to the "Software Development Guidance Manual for Energy Consumption Monitoring Systems of State Organ Office Buildings and Large Public Buildings" (Jian Ban Ke Han [2009] No. 70) issued by the Ministry of Construction. Its main functions include system monitoring, system energy consumption statistics, and system energy consumption evaluation. The system hardware mainly includes controllers, concentrators, and repeaters. Controllers are responsible for communication with the platform software and concentrators, and can temporarily store energy consumption data. Concentrators can communicate directly with the platform software, as well as with controllers and repeaters, and can temporarily store energy consumption data. Repeaters are used when there are many meters or long distances.
This system not only provides technical and management decision-making basis for government energy management departments, enterprises, and institutions in terms of energy sub-item metering, sub-item statistical management, operational efficiency evaluation, energy-saving technological transformation, real-time tracking monitoring of energy consumption, and energy utilization efficiency audits, but also integrates with the building equipment energy-saving control and management system to effectively achieve integrated system monitoring, statistics, and evaluation, improving intelligent management levels.
